Self Tucker Properties, LLC acquired the
33,000 SF Universal Life Insurance Building
with the intent to turn it into a multi-tenant
office building and to encourage more develop-
ment in the area. Built in 1949, the building
was the headquarters of the Universal Life
Insurance Company that was founded in 1923.
Self Tucker Architects will occupy spcae in
approximately 20% of the renovated building.
