Through a cooperative effort led by LeMoyne Redevelopment, LLC, the Memphis Housing Authority, the City of Memphis (The City) and the residents of the revitalized community, a new beginning has started for the College Park Neighborhood, formerly LeMoyne Gardens Public Housing site. Self Tucker Architects was the Design and Construction Advisor and was also responsible for design review and construction oversight.
