In an ongoing "world class" concession renovations at the Memphis International Airport, Creative Host Services, Inc., a member of the Compass Group, is developing a Memphis Blues theme for the Blue Note Café. Seating 263 patrons, the design will mimic Beale Street with "live" entertainment and cuisine of Memphis.
